Which maintenance services do you offer?
We offer a full range of landscape maintenance services. Our maintenance packages are designed for a variety of maintenance needs. These packages are renewed each year to provide ongoing service.

How can I find out about pricing?
Contact us to request a proposal.
Our written proposals are emailed to you. After reviewing your proposal, contact our office to discuss specific details or make changes.
When you’re ready to accept the proposal, let your account manager know and they will send you a docusign which you can sign online.
Does Garrick Santo just do maintenance? What about lawns, plantings and walkways?
Yes, We build patios, walkways, retaining walls and more. Our enhancement team creates both hardscapes and softscapes. We design and build both small and large projects. Contact us with your ideas and we will work to make them a reality
Do you do snow removal for residences?
Unfortunately we do not. We offer snow removal services for commercial properties only.
Do you do tree work?
We offer tree service for current clients.
What do I have to do to get started?
Just give us a call (781) 322-0006 or click on the request a quote button! Our client care administrator will assign you an account manager today. Your account manager will call you to discuss your service needs or project. After which they will come take a look at your property to assess your site’s current conditions. Then the estimator will measure the property and write the proposal. Our management team reviews and approves the proposal, and then your account manager will email the proposal to you. After you sign online, scheduling will be notified.
How long from the first time I contact Garrick-Santo until my work begins?
When your first scheduled visit begins depends on many factors: including which service your request, time of year, and crew availability.
For maintenance services our goal is to have pricing to you in 3-10 business days and after client approval to send out the crew to begin service in 3-7 business days. Total length of turn around could be 6-17 business days for most maintenance services.
Construction Services may begin anywhere from 6 days to 4 months after initial phone consultation. Size of scope, estimator availability, seasonal appropriateness and crew availability are a few of the factors that influence the start time of construction projects.
