A well maintained irrigation system is important part of lawn & plant health.
Below are some of the irrigation maintenance services we offer.
Spring Turn On
Start the season off right with our spring turn on service. During our visit we will pressurize the system, check all zones and make any adjustments that may be needed for best possible coverage. The controller will be set to meet spring conditions.
*If breaks or other issues are found during turn on service, we will repair as needed to make the system operational at an additional charge. Should the repair be substantial we will notify client and submit a proposal for authorization.
Mid-Season Walkthrough
Regular inspections ensure that system breaks and other inefficiencies are caught early and that the system is set for the current weather conditons. A “set it and forget it” mentality often results in over or under watering. We recommend adding a scheduled walkthrough in July to your service package for best results. If you suspect a problem at any time during the growing season, an irrigation walkthrough can be ordered on an as needed basis.
Winterization
Water left in your irrigation system over the winter will freeze and expand resulting in broken pipes. An irrigation winterizaton service each fall uses compressed air to push excess water out of the system preventing winter damage.
*No repairs to be made during winterization service. Any needed repairs will be noted on the winterizing invoice. These repairs will be done in the spring during turn on service if approved by client.
