Our Investment in Your Property

We make a significant investment to be fully prepared and to be on call 24/7, monitoring weather conditions every day, all winter long. Our snow servicing fleet is less then 5 years old and professionally maintained by our on call mechanic.

Brine Operations

We create our own brine at our facility in Malden. We use it on client sites and our own properties as a pre-treatment before a storm.

The advantages of brine compared to salt or sand are:

It covers more surface area.
It won’t get pushed around while we are plowing.
It works well in lower temperatures.
It reduces salt runoff, which benefits the environment.
It’s good for crowded parking lots because the brine spreads easier under cars.

Commercial Plow Services

For our commercial clients we offer comprehensive snow plowing services. We walk with you to assess your property before the season starts to create a snow response plan tailored to your needs. The snow response plan details the course of action that we will take for servicing your property.

Salt Applications

We do not use any sand products for ice management.
Instead we use an environmentally friendly ice melting product called, IBG Magic. Using this product allows us to get down to the pavement and have a clear, clean outcome once plowing operations have concluded. This product has a freeze point of -18.0 degrees. It starts working immediately.
