Maintenance Package

Spring Clean Up

Remove winter debris, light detaching of grass areas, clean & cultivate bed areas, untie shrubs if needed, prune winter damage from shrubs, sweep or blow down patios, sidewalks and walkways.

Edging

Power edge or hand edge grass areas adjacent to
existing beds.  Power edge walkways and sidewalks as needed.

Mulch Install

Choose the mulch color that best suits your aesthetic:

• Natural Red Hemlock
• Enhanced Red Hemlock
• Aged Brown Spruce/Pine Mix
• Enhanced Black

Mulch will be installed in an even layer to existing bed areas.

Bed Weed Preventer

This one time pre-emergent weed control prevents
weed seed from germinating. Herbicide will be applied to mulch beds in
conjunction with mulch application.

Lawn Mowing Service

This 7-9 day program includes grass cutting & line trimming, blowing down hard surfaces and disposal of clippings.  Visits begin last week of April weather pending.

Shrub Trimming

Annual maintenance of shrubs under 10′ in height to
maintain desired shape and size. Includes limited dead wood removal if
needed. This service does not include structural, reduction or specialty
pruning.

* For clients who prefer a tight formal look, a second visit later in the season to maintain
desired shape and size is available as an add on.

 Fall Perennial and Ornamental Grass Cut Back

Cut back spent perennials and ornamental grasses in
preparation for winter.

Fall Clean Up with Partial Visits

Remove and dispose of leaves  – up to 3 visits beginning the last week of October through the end of November.
