We are taking precautions

Your friends at Garrick-Santo Landscape Company prioritize the health and well being of our staff and clients.  As such, we are following the guidelines set forth by the FDA, the CDC & the State of Massachusetts in regards to COVID-19.  As you know, spring is our busiest time of the year and we are committed to continue working to provide services to meet all our clients expectations.  However, we are making a few changes to our protocols that we believe will be of benefit until COVID-19 is under better control.  

Client Care Team
Full steam ahead!  Our Team is busy pricing service packages and projects for the 2020 landscape season.  But, we find this to be an opportune time to embrace & use technology as we maneuver through this pandemic.  Beginning March 16th, our Client Care Team will schedule site meetings with current or prospective clients via video conferencing, ie. Facetime and Whatsapp.  Kind of cool!  We will still be conducting on-site property checks, but request that face to face meetings be limited for now.  We hope this won’t last too long.  We certainly are available to communicate by phone and email and you may request quotes, work orders and other business through those same channels or by sending a quote request here.  

Maintenance & Construction Operations
Spring Clean ups have begun and will continue as usual through the end of April.  For safety, our crews are being retrained to follow the guidelines and to avoid handshakes and limiting close contact with other individuals outside their work group during the workday.  This process will likely be challenging especially for clients and staff that have developed relationships over the years.  We are just trying to be prudent.  In an effort to keep our people healthy & working,  crew members will have an adequate supply of gloves and hand cleaning items to use before & after touching doorknobs, gate latches or handrails, etc. as they work from property to property. We are also providing hand sanitizer and increasing our rotations of truck and equipment cleaning schedules.   

Construction projects have also already begun and we plan to operate as usual using the new protocols.  This will include interaction with our vendors at vendor sites and/or during delivery of materials to client sites.
